Day 1: Calgary-Banff (127 km)

Upon on arrival Calgary Airport, meet and greet by our guide, who will assist you to board on the shuttle to your hotel at Banff.

  • Airport Pickup: Calgary airport free pickup is 08:30AM, 11:30AM, 14:30PM, 17:30PM . Please advise your pickup time in advance and meet the guide in yellow coat at Exit #7 Information Centre.
  • Return: Return time to Calgary Airport is 13:00PM and 16:00PM, Please check the shuttle bus schedule before booking returning flight

If a reservation has to be cancelled, , customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.

    32-49 days prior to departure - 80% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
    Within 31 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    Day of departure or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount

If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
