Lanzhou is the capital of the Gansu Province and is located in central China. It is the home of the Gansu Provincial Museum and Qinqiang Drama opera as well as many scenic mountains, such as Xinglong and Baita.
Day 2:
Lanzhou - Linxia - Xiahe ( B / L / D) (241 km)
Today, we will drive to Linxia to visit the Gongbei Mosque, observing the magnificent brick-carving of Chinese-Islamic art. Afterwards, we will continue to Xiahe, where we will see the Sangke Grassland and participate in a bonfire before checking into the hotel.
Day 3:
Xiahe - Hezuo ( B / L / D) (63 km)
After breakfast, we will visit the Labrang Monastery, then drive to Hezuo to visit Tsogon Geden Choling before checking into our hotel.
Day 4:
Hezuo - Langmusi Monastery ( B / L / D) (234 km)
Today, we will drive to the Langmusi Monastery. On the way, we will sightsee at the Plateau Swamp and Gahai Lake. After lunch, we will overlook the Celestial Burial Platform from the monastery. Later, we will check into our hotel.
Day 5:
Langmusi Monastery - Flower Lake - Nine Village Valley ( B / L / D) (622 km)
Today, we will drive to Nine Village Valley to visit Flower Lake in Maqu County. Later we will check into the hotel.
Day 6:
Nine Village Valley ( B / L / D)
We will spend the day exploring Nine Village Valley.
Day 7:
Huanglong (B / L) (168 km)
Today, we will visit Huanglong before transferring to the airport to end the tour.
