I lovedddd the whole tour! Our tour guide, Zhao Yang, was very funny and knowledge about everything. He's bilingual and was able to translate while driving. Zhao also added extra time at sites and some extra stops too. Accomodation at Super 8 was surprisingly very upscale and comfy! The bus however was pretty uncomfortable, very straight backs and heat was blowing straight at my feet to the point where my bag on the ground felt like it was on fire. Itinerary was well-thought out and we had plenty of time for everything.
This is a very good tour for Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. The accommodation is good. As a group, you can enjoy very much.
Only thing is, in our tour Hoover Dam was closed, so we couldn't see that. But they didn't take us to Route 66 as alternative. They just showed us Route 66 museum. It will be great if you have alternative in case of such issues.
the tour has 14 person which stuck in a mini van fully. There is not a place for a tour guide so the driver work as a tour guide. When the guide speak, the sound go forward to bus glass, I can hardly hear him. Sitting at the back seat for 2 days. Space at back roll is tiny & have to sit on belt bucket which make my butt very uncomfortable. Itinerary changed and we reached the hoover dam too late & not able to take the free helicopter as promised. Never have such a bad tour experience before (by comparing with previous tour experience). Pay a bit more money for a better tour.
A great trip, the Grand Canyon is beautiful and shocking. More because of the excellent service of drivers and tour guides, profound knowledge, and good communication skills. The company has such an employee to add color to the company, thanks to that. Will recommend it to other travelers.
