Day 1: Nazareth - Sea of Galilee - Tiberias (130 km)

Today we will begin with a ride along Israeli's scenic coastal road, overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea and then over the Plain of Armageddon to holy Nazareth. Afterwards we proceed via Kafer Cana for a view of the Mount of Beatitudes. Then, at nearby historical Tabgha, located on the northern shore of the Sea of Galilee, we visit the Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fish, which preserves a beautiful early Christian mosaic. After that, we will come to visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue of Capernaum and the city of Christ. Overlooking Tiberias, we proceed to the site of baptismal on the Jordan River - the Yardenit, where there is an optional baptismal service.

    Nazareth is a city in the Northern District of Israel. At the end of 2007 it had a population of 40,800. Nazareth Illit was founded in 1957. It was planned as a Jewish town overlooking the Arab city of Nazareth and the Jezreel Valley.

    Tiberias is an Israeli city on the western shore of the Sea of Galilee (called "the Kinneret" in Hebrew), Lower Galilee, Israel. Established in 20 CE, it was named in honour of the emperor Tiberius.

    Church of the Beautitudes

    This Roman Catholic church is located near the Sea of Galilee and the ancient town of Capernaum. It is built on the site believed to be the location of Jesus' Sermon on the Mount.

    Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fish

    This Roman Catholic church in Tabgha, overseen by the Benedictine Order, is named for the part of the New Testament when Christ multiplies the amount of bread and fish present for the feeding of the five thousand.

    Capernaum

    This ancient fishing village on the Sea of Galilee is an important setting in the New Testament of the Bible, in which it is said to be the hometown of the apostles Peter, Andrew, James, John, and Matthew.

    Yardenit

    Located along the Jordan River in Northern Israel is this baptism site, an important pilgrimage destination for Christians because, according to tradition, it was the site of Jesus's baptism at the hands of John the Baptist.

Day 2: Caesaria - Rosh Hanikra (226 km)

Today we will be taken through all of the regional highlights including Caesaria, Haifa, the Bahai Gardens, Rosh Hanikra and Acre. Depart from Caesaria, we then proceed on our journey towards Rosh Hanikra, where we take the cable car to visit the beautiful limestone grottos on the water front. We will also view Israel's border with Lebanon, situated right on top of Rosh Hanikra.

    This town on the Israeli coast was notable in ancient times as being the Roman regional capital and port. Now, it contains one of the best archaeological sites in the area, where you can learn a great deal of history.
  • Haifa, ISRAEL

    Haifa is the largest city in northern Israel, and the third largest city in the country. The city is a major seaport located on Israel's Mediterranean coastline in the Bay of Haifa covering 63.7 square kilometers.

    Baha'i Gardens

    Also known as the Hanging Gardens of Haifa, these terraced gardens provide fantastic views of this coastal Israeli city. The terraces lead up to the Shrine of Bab that sits on Mount Carmel.

Day 3: Rosh HaNikra - Golan Heights (84 km)

Depart from Megiddo, we drive on to Bet Shean, including a well-preserved amphitheater, hippodrome, cardo and more. Then we will head through the Jordan Valley. We will stop at the Yardenit, known as the Baptismal site on the Jordan River. Continuing into the Golan Heights, stopping at Hammat Gader for an overview of the triangular border with Syria, Jordan and Israel on route to the Shalom Observatory. We then proceed to the city of Katzrin, the Talmudic capital of the Golan, where we visit the archeological remains of the ancient village including the 6th century synagogue, constructed entirely from Bazalt. After that we will ascend the Mount Bental, elevated 1,170 meters above sea level. We then shortly visit former Syrian fortifications before descending to the Hula Valley for an overnight stay at a Kibbutz hotel.
  • Golan Heights, ISRAEL

    Golan Heights, or simply the Golan or the Syrian Golan, is a region in the Levant.

    Mount Bental

    This dormant volcano is located in the Golan Heights region tat separates Israel and Syria. The top of the mountain offers exquisite views of the surrounding Heights, the other mountains in the area, and into Syria.

Day 4: Golan Heights

We will begin the day by touring a Kibbutz Settlement, before driving to beautiful Banias. Then we will continue to the Kalat Nimrod, one of the area's best-preserved Crusader fortresses, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding lands. From here, we will proceed to Birkat Ram, a natural lake, situated on a now-extinct volcano. We will then visit the city of Safed, visiting its ancient synagogues and artists?s quarter with its enchanted, narrow alleyways and flowered porches.

    Golan Heights, or simply the Golan or the Syrian Golan, is a region in the Levant.
  • Return time to Tel Aviv by 18:30
  • Hotel pick up service is available from Major Hotels in Tel Aviv, Herzliya, Netanya, and Jerusalem. Please provide the full name of the hotel and the address. Departure times vary according to departure point as follows:
