Day 1: New York

Today we will be picked up from New York airport after arrival. Guests who are flying domestic flights please wait at the baggage claim area; guests who are flying international flights please wait at the exit. After that, we will go to visit the food court in Flushing for the most popular restaurants in 2019 including Spicy Palace, Chongqing Lao Zao, HaiDiLao Hotpot, and TigerSugar New York.

Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA or EWR airportbefore 12:00pm will enjoy free transfer to Manhattan where they can take an optional Manhattan in-depth tour (Minimum 4 pax). All guests who arrive before 4:30 pm can join an optional Night Tour of the city, taking you to enjoy the glamorous night view of New York City: Brooklyn Bridge Park and Dyker Heights.

Guests who arrive at New York City in advance can go to the meeting points at three airports or two Chinatown, waiting for shuttle and transfered to hotel.

    Manhattan Half Day In-Depth Tour

    We will start from High Line Park and walk toward Chelsea Market, followed by the famous Vessel before heading to the Empire State Building (exterior view). We will pass by Fifth Avenue, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Central Park during the walk. You can extend the trip by entering the Empire State Building and Metropolitan Museum of Art, but after it, you will need to arrange your own transfer to the meetup point.

Today, we will explore New York by sightseeing at some of the city's most famous landmarks, including Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park. We will also go to the top of Once World Trade Center,see the Empire State Building, the United Nations Headquarters andTrump Tower. Then, we will continue to Wall Street.

Note: Guests who don't want to join the New York city tour should arrange their own transportation to and back hotel or thery can take our bus back to hotel with the $40/person additional fee.

Today, we will visit Philadelphia to spend time at Independence Park, where we will see Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell (outside). Then, we will continue on to Washington, DC to take a In-Depth tour and visits the White House(outside), the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Memorial and the Vietnam War Memorial. If time permits, we will also take the Presidential Library and Museum.

    This memorial commemorates those who served for the United States in the Korean War. It is located south of the Reflecting Pool at the National Mall. The simple memorial is triangular in shape will a circle at the top.

Day 4: Washington DC

Today we will tour Washington DC for a whole day. We will go to visit the Bureau of Engraving and Printing firstly. Afterwards we will climb up to the Washington Monument for a view of the whole Washington City. Then we will go to visit the National Musuem of Natural History, National Gallery of Art and the National Air and Space Musuem.

Day 5: Washington DC - Corning - Niagara Falls(431 miles)

Today, we will visit the Corning Museum of Glass. Then, we will continue to magnificent Niagara Falls. Guests will have the chance to either stay in the park to further explore or the option of joining an in-depth tour of the area that visits Old Fort Niagara. Additionally, there is an optional Niagara Falls night tour or the Canadian side of Niagara Falls available for those who have valid travel documents.

In the evening, we can join the famous Hello Panda Festival held in the New York Citi Field at own expenses.

Today we will tour the city of New York. Our first stop of the day will be Flatiron Building. Enjoy the Italy food like Gelato, Pizza, Pasta and more in Eataly. Then we will move to see the Christmas Tree in Rockefeller Center and Christmas window in Fifth Avenue. In the afternoon, we will head to Times Square to feel New Year's Eve Countdown. Cheer with the entire world as the ball drops!

      Jersey Gardens Mall

      The Jersey Gardens Mall in central New Jersey is the largest outlet mall in a state famous for its malls. This two-story shopping facility is indoor, and has been open since 1999. It has more than 200 stores.
    • Airport Meet and Greet: Free airport pick up in JFK/ LGA/ EWR is between 8:30am and 12:00am at midnight. Paid 24-hour airport transport service: $120 per first two persons with $10 for each additional person.

    Confirmation

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

    Redemption

    • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

    Terms & Condition

    • Booking and Reservation
      All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
    • Travel Documents
      Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
    • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
      Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
    • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
      Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
      21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
      8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
      Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of total purchase amount.
      Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
      NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
    • Broading Time and Location
      All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
    • Travel Insurance
      Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
    • Luggage Restriction
      Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag.
    • Itinerary Variations
      We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    • Tour Cancellation
      We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

    Additional Note

    • Baggage regulations: 1 large or 2 small baggage for each person.
    • Scenic Spots Notes:
      (1) Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
      (2) In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.) tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
      (3) This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
    • Refund Remark:
      (1) If the weather condition, war, general strikes and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserve the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
      (2) If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason, the fee for hotels and transportation is not refundable.
