Spring Mountain Ranch Hike Plus Happy Hour - Las Vegas

Join us for guided adventure that begins with a hike through 1-2 scenic trails in Spring Mountain Ranch, framed by canyon walls, views of Lake Harriet, and even the unique ash grove that’s one of Southern Nevada’s rarities.

After your active portion you’ll unwind in style: enjoy a “happy hour” in the main pasture with a glass of wine or a local beer with sweeping mountain view as your backdrop, a reward for your effort and a memorable end to the outing.

The tour includes hotel pickup-drop-off, has small group size, supplies trail snacks and bottled water.

Itinerary & Highlights

• Pick-up & Transit (approx. 45 min).

We’ll depart from Las Vegas in a comfortable vehicle and head toward Spring Mountain Ranch. Along the way, your guide will introduce the geology, ecology, and history of the Mojave Desert and the Red Rock/Spring Mountain Ranch area that will be discussed during your tour.

• Arrival & Hike Options.

Depending on group fitness, interest, and timing, our guide will select 1-2 trail options for your group. Your guide will aim to balance adventure with enjoyment.

• Ranch House and Ranch Exploration (time and volunteer availability permitting).

After your hike you’ll have the chance to visit the ranch house and explore the ranch itself, where you can browse exhibits on the history of the ranch and its families that helped shape the area. This is also considered a restroom break instead of having to use traditional trail options.

• Return / Wrap-up.

After finishing the hike and free time we’ll head back and begin the drive back to Las Vegas.
