Day 1: Paris-Giverny-Etretat-Caen (301 km)

Departure at 8 am by coach for the Monet Garden, arriving at around 9:30 and take a visit of about two hours inside. Then, head towards the famous Etretat in Upper Normandy to see the elephant’s trunk and needle. After the visit at Etretat, drive to Caen by crossing the Normandy Bridge. Hotel nearby Caen.

  • Giverny, FRANCE

    A settlement has existed in Giverny since neolithic times and a monument uncovered attests to this fact. Archeological finds have included booties dating from Gallo-Roman times and to the earlier 1st and 2nd centuries AD. The town was known in ancient deeds as "Warnacum". The cultivation of grapes has been an occupation of the inhabitants of Giverny since Merovingian times.

    For more than 40 years, this house was the home of legendary impressionist painter Claude Monet. After his death, his don donated it to the Academie des Beaux-Arts, who restored it and turned it into a museum.

Day 2: Caen-Saint-Malo-Le Mont-Saint-Michel-Paris (507 km)

After breakfast, departure for Saint-Malo. Take a walk in town and enjoy the scenery of tides in the Bay which are among the largest in Europe. Then leave for the Mont-Saint-Michel. Drive back to Paris around 3 pm and arrive at about 8 pm.

    31 days or above prior to departure date: none of the price would be charged. The total booking amount will be refunded to the client's payment account ;
    From 15 to 30 days prior to departure date: 10% of total price will be charged.
    From 8 to 14 days prior to departure date: 20% of total price will be charged.
    From 4 to 7 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be charged.
    3 days or less prior to departure date: 100% of total price will be charged.
    The clients fail to show up on time on the departure date for any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Itinerary Variations

If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
