Itinerary
Our staff will meet you at Punta Arenas Airport and guide you to the bus to Puerto Natales. Upon arrival at the bus station, we'll transfer you to your hotel for self check-in. You may rest or explore freely afterward.
Puerto Natales, Chile
Puerto Natales is a city in Chilean Patagonia. It is the capital of both the commune of Natales and the province of Última Esperanza, one of the four provinces that make up the Magallanes and Antartica Chilena Region in the southernmost part of Chile.
After breakfast at your hotel, you'll transfer yourself to the port for an unforgettable 3-hour cruise through Ultima Esperanza Fjord, arriving at Mount Balmaceda where you can observe cormorants and sea lions in their natural habitat. A short 1km hike through pristine forest leads you to the breathtaking Serrano Glacier viewpoint. Following your glacier exploration, you'll enjoy a traditional Patagonian lunch at a local ranch before returning to Puerto Natales at your own pace, with memories of towering glaciers and spectacular fjord landscapes.

Grey Glacier
The glacier is about 6 kilometers wide and over 30 meters high at the south end of the Southern Patagonia Ice Field. The surface of the lake can be seen when following the big circuit of Paine Mountain Range at John Garner Pass. There is another view of the glacier from the south shore of the lake where the glacier can be seen in the background, with fragments of ice floating close to the shore.

Cueva del Milodon

A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
40 days or more prior to departure - $100/person.
30-29 days or more prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
19-29 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 18 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
