  • Most of the tour was good. Our first day of the tour, we were left behind as while we were waiting in the hotel lobby, The tour guide who wore similar clothes as other tourists and did not had any indication to say he was from this company left us behind and we had to take a cab and pay $260 USD to catch the tour bus after driving 2 hrs or so. Very unprofessional tour guide made our trip start in a bad way but after we caught the bus everything went good. This tour guide could count the people and also ask hotel lobby front desk and they would have found us in the lobby. We were travelling from US so we did not have a phone that worked in canada. He said he called us but I dont see that he was counting guests in any destinations after people arrived at bus to see if he missed anyone.

  • My family and I have always book tours from 'take tours' and this was our 3rd trip. Canadian tour is far better organized than US side. Carmen and Peggy were really good Tour guides. They explained every site very well in English. Both were considerate and kind in nature. We got a breakfast bag every morning with a fruit, muffin and juice as departure time was super early in morning 6:30am. Hotel rooms are not cleaned if you stay for 2 nights in the same hotel room as tour bookings are done in bulk.

  • Nicely arranged schedule where we could get to visit many places in six days. The food was good, and the hotel was amazing! Thank you, Taketours.
