The tour was conducted by Gray Line. They are super. But the sales here are done by Take Tour. They are suck. Why did I said that TakeTours are suck? They confirmed for me a different date for different tours and differetn picked up time. Example, pick up from our Hotel was suppose to be at 1130hrs but they emailed me and confirmed it was 1330 hrs, And it is very difficult to communicate with them. My Hotel helped me to call the number on the invoice that I paid to Take Tours. And they Gray Line staff answered the phone and solved our problems. So order direct from Gray Line, Its peace of mind.

It was ok. The tour guide Gordy seemed nice but he was hard to hear at times because his microphone was rather low. Could have saved money by just doing a hop on hop off tour instead. Although the Capilano Suspension Bridge was great. Actually wish the nice lady who picked us up from our hotel was the tour guide. She was very pretty informative just from the drive to Richmond to the main meeting spot.
