The capital of the United States of America sits on the scenic Potomac River. Monuments, museums, and Americana characterize this historic city, which is located in the District of Columbia between the states of Maryland and Virginia.
It's a ok tour. If we have a chioce we wont choose this. First of all, we waited at 87 bewery at 5.30am (we came early 30 mins before the appointment time just in cast) 5.55am past still got no sign with anyone, we kinda scared and think is this a right place? In the email, there is no information about tour guide or car that gonna pick us. We need to call for that. The car come just on time 6.00am but no tour guide. The driver said the tour guide is in the hotel that when we know for the first 2 days we need to join with other big group who take like 8 days tour. We get in the bus which is not bad, they have phone charger and wifi(block some media tho but thats alright) there is no food, snack or a single of water provide in the bus. The tour guide named Andy, not really take care of us. There is once time we go to glass museum he let us walk by ourselves, but for chinese people he explain the story for them(we paid the same price no? Why treat us differently?) The driver who drive the bus that day also extremely rude, yelling at us when we get out from the bus slower than other. There is once time we just ask for simple question like 'is it ok if we leave the baggages in the bus overnight?' he reply with moody mood like 'if you dont afraid your bag will gone then go ahead but dont tell me if the bag have 10k dollars inside' something like that, I mean its just a simple question why answer to us like that, if he doesnt have service mind then he should do other job.(you guys reading comment now wont understand how rude is he thru the sentence, if you lucky you might meet him and get those exp) The accommodation is not bad the bed is comfy, rating is 3 stars hotel. We choose 4 people in one room which is good enough. We got conyard by marriott, double tree by hilton, and holidays inn. All the hotels are self-service with NO BREAKFAST Andy told us the reason why there is no breakfast, he said because he doesnt eat breakfast so he think there is no need(is that a logic? Or just kidding??) For the last 2 days (day 3 and 4), we heading back to boston with new tour guide named Peter, he is a nice guy and a good tour guide(hope you guys got him as your tour guide) he helped us a lot and explains things very clearly thank you again Peter, we are really appreciate that. We need to change the bus to van(its a benz car not sure if called Van tho) WITHOUT wifi and phone charger and we need to take long trip at least 7hours from niagala falls to boston which is suck. The itinerary is soso, optional but u need to pay them anyway(seems like we cannot choose at all) not all the list you can visit in itinerary its depending on weather and season too.(please read it carefully because in the bus there is a lady complaining about that) We understand this so we got no problem about that.
That trip was awesome and I had a lot fun . I met a lot of people and we became friends during the trip . I love that trip if Nigara falls and other too . One thing I wish is we could visit many places in Boston. The next thing is the small bus should open heater . The tour guide , Jerry Jhang , he is the best tour guide I’ve ever seen . So that was worth it . Everyone should try , and I recommend to my friends to join with this tour .

Our trip to Niagara was wonderful. This was our first trip with TAKETOURS. Nathan, the guide & driver took good care of us throughout the journey. On the first day we reached Watkins Glen state park. Instead of climbing from the bottom, as others were doing, he took us to the top of the glen, thereby making it easier for us to come down through gorge and enjoy the flora and fauna of the canyon. After covering about 400 miles he gave us a break at Days Inn, Batavia. Next morning we moved straight to Niagara Falls. At every point our guide was with us, till the entrance so we did not have any difficulty or time loss. We enjoyed IMAX show about Niagara Falls, Maid of the mist boat ride, Trolley tours, Old Fort and Whirlpool state park trip very much. At the evening the traditional American dance show was colorful. Here also we stayed at Days Inn, Niagara. From our seventh floor room we got a clear view of Canadian city side. At the evening we walked down to the falls side to have a look of falls illumination. The illumination of the falls was superb. Next day, on our way back to home, we visited Hershey Chocolate factory. It was a new experience, particularly making of own chocolate bar. Last day we covered about 500 miles (800 KM), but the journey was so smooth that we were not much tired. Our trip to Niagara was more than successful.
Excellent Trip! We travel with our parents and it was great experience to Niagra. Tour Guide plan trip so nicely. I would definatly reco. to you all. Thanks for making our first Niagra Trip is wonderful. Great place with great planner!
We are senoirs and were very concerned before going on this trip with the bad reviews. But I was more than satisfied after the trip. Was picked up in a new van because there was only 6 of us including the driver, Kei Chan. There was no tour guide. Even without a separate guide, it was a wonderful trip. Kei shared what information he knew on each stop, was an excellent driver and always on time. I truly hope that his management reads this and acknowledges Kei for all his efforts. The routes were very scenic with very few interstates. My friend had never been to Niagara Falls and she enjoyed it too. 5 stars given by me on our trip.
I really enjoyed the entire trip. It was smooth, on time and pleasant trip. The tour guide was excellent. Staying very close to Niagara falls was the best part as its very convenient for you to go back to see falls and colors at night as well as fireworks. Its in vicinity of all types of food/cuisines. The tour guide/driver would stop every 2 hours for rest room and to strech your leg as well. Entire trip was enjoyable and I would do it again. Thumbs up!!
It was my first trip with Take Tours. The trip was nicely planned and well executed. The time spent at each location was quite reasonable. Our guide Rex was very good. Only issue was the "Day Inn" hotel in Batavia where we spent the first night. The free breakfast next morning was with very limited options.
