    Pricing Policy

    • BUY 2 GET 2 FREE (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs an $298 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
    • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 0-12 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please bring car seats with you for your infants during the tour.

    Home - New York City(Night Tour) (Free Airport Pick Up) (42 miles)

    Flights can be booked into any of the three major New York City area airports. Passengers arriving at JFK or LGA before 5:00pm will tour Flushing, Queens. Those flying in to EWR can either take our shuttle to the hotel for some rest or pay $10 to go shopping at Jersey Gardens Mall. All who arrive before 5:00pm have the option of joining a 3-hour night tour of the city.* Shuttle service will be available from all airports. There will be an additional charge for those who arrive after 10:00pm.

    • The Jersey Gardens Mall in central New Jersey is the largest outlet mall in a state famous for its malls. This two-story shopping facility is indoor, and has been open since 1999. It has more than 200 stores.

    New York City (Full Day)

    Today we will spend the day touring New York City. Stops include Wall Street, the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, the Empire State Building, a guided tour of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, an exploration of the USS Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum, and Madame Tussauds' Wax Museum.

    New York, NY

    • This massive skyscraper in the heart of New York City is one of the most iconic buildings in the world. Visitors to the skyscraper can head to the 86th floor's observation deck for a 360-degree view of the city.
    • This famous street in New York City's Financial District has become synonymous with American financial enterprises. It is also the home of the New York Stock Exchange, and has been (or still is) the location of several other exchanges.
    • This world-famous statue in New York harbor is best known as a center of immigration in the United States. Dedicated in 1886, it has served not just as a symbol of New York but of the country ever since.
    • This building in New York City has served as the global headquarters of the United Nations since 1952. The complex may be toured by groups as long as they are sure to make a reservation in advance.
    • This world-renown chain of museums features wax sculptures of famous figures both modern and historical. The incredibly lifelike likenesses have attracted tourists since Marie Tussaud herself began showcasing her handiwork in the last decade of the 1700s.

    Philadelphia - Washington D.C. (234 miles)

    We will travel to Philadelphia, PA in the morning to see the Liberty Bell, and then head to Washington, DC to see all of the famous monuments. This is also where we will spend the night.

    • The famously cracked Liberty Bell is a sign of American Independence and spirit. Located at Liberty Bell Center in Philadelphia, PA, this symbol of the American Revolution was crafted in 1752-- more than 250 years ago.

    Washington, DC

    • This memorial commemorates those who served for the United States in the Korean War. It is located south of the Reflecting Pool at the National Mall. The simple memorial is triangular in shape will a circle at the top.
    • The Thomas Jefferson Memorial is a memorial to the third president of the United States. The impressive building is neoclassical in design and has been standing since 1943. It sees more than two million visitors every year.
    • The famous United States Capitol is the meeting place of the US Congress, and has been for more than 200 years. The building is famous for its elaborate dome and intricately designed, detailed columns.
    • This memorial in Washington, DC serves as a place to remember the American soldier who were lost or killed during the tumultuous Vietnam War. Originally controversial in design, the simple memorial has become a shrine for the American people.

    • This iconic obelisk is a memorial to the commander-in-chief of the American revolutionary army and eventual the first president of the United States of America, George Washington. The massive stone structure began construction in 1848.

    Washington D.C. - Corning Glass Center - Niagara Falls (788 miles)

    Today we will visit the Corning Glass Museum in Corning, NY. We will then continue on to Niagara Falls, NY where we will view the nighttime Illumination of the Falls. Guests also have the option of visiting Old Fort Niagara and the Niagara Power Vista.*

    Corning, NY

    • The world's best collection of art and historical glass. More than 45,000 objects trace 3,500 years of glassmaking history. Hands-on exhibits that tell the story of the science and technology behind innovations in glass.

    Niagara Falls, NY

    • More water pours over Niagara Falls than any other waterfall in the world, and the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride gets you as close as possible-- right underneath the falls. Be ready to get wet!
    • The Niagara Falls Adventure Theater on the American side of the falls is features a 45-foot screen and a 40-minute film entitled "Niagara: Legends of Adventure," which tells the story of the explorers who first experienced the falls.
    • Old Fort Niagara has been guarding the Niagara river at its mouth on Lake Ontario for almost 300 years. In addition to the museum inside the fort itself, Fort Niagara State Park offers a host of outdoor activities.
    • The Power Vista at the Niagara Falls Power Station features more than 50 interactive exhibits and allows visitors to look out across the water from a gorgeous observation deck. The Power Vista is located four miles from the falls.

    Niagara Falls - Toronto (128 km)

    We will continue our tour of Niagara Falls with a visit to the IMAX Theatre. We will proceed across theRainbow Bridge that marks the border between the US and Canada. Once on the Canadian side, we will ascend the Skylon Tower to view the Falls from above. Guests will have opportunity to have lunch in the world-famous Revolving Dining Room, 775 feet above the Falls.*

    The tour will then depart for Toronto, ON. There we will visit the Toronto City Hall, CN Tower, Casa Loma, and more!

    Niagara Falls Canada

    • The Skylon Tower on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls is a 520-foot-tall observation tower that overlooks both American and Horseshoe Falls. The tower feature outdoor elevators that allow visitors to watch themselves rise from the ground.
    • This massive movie theater on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls shows "Niagara: Miracles, Myth & Magic" and also features an exhibit called "Daredevils" about people who have willingly tumbled over the impressive falls.

    Toronto - Thousand Islands* - Ottawa - Montreal (682 km)

    We will leave Toronto in the morning for the Thousand Islands. When we arrive, we will take a Thousand Islands Boat Cruise.* Following the cruise, we will continue on to Ottawa, ON. Our tour of the city includes stops at Parliament Hill and the Peace Tower. Our next stop will be Montreal, QC, where we will visit the Olympic Stadium and Tower and Notre-Dame Basilica. We will spend the night in Montreal.

    Thousand Islands

    An international tourism destination situated between Canada and the United States along the St. Lawrence River. The region takes its name from the more than 1,000 islands that dot the lakes and rivers along this international waterway.

    In the morning we will head for Quebec City, QC, where you will spend the day touring the city before heading back to the US for a visit to Boston.

    Boston - Hometown

    Today we will take a city tour of Boston, beginning with Trinity Church and John Hancock Tower. Next we will explore the campuses of Harvard University and MIT. Then we will take a relaxing Boston Harbor Cruise* and have lunch at Quincy Market. After lunch, we will conclude our tour.

    • The Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts is a research university known the world over for its highly selective and intense academics, and MIT alumni include 24 Nobel Prize winners and 22 Rhodes Scholars.
    • One of the most famous institutions of higher learning in the world, Harvard University in Cambridge, MA has been standing since 1636, making it the oldest university in the United States. Tourists come for both history and the architecture.
    • The John Hancock Tower is an iconic skyscraper in Boston, MA. Constructed in 1968, this beautiful blue building is staple of the Boston skyline. It is the tallest building both in Boston and all of New England.
    • Departing from the Boston waterfront just outside the city's famous North End, Boston Harbor Cruises offer everything from whale watches to history tours to speedboat rides on the water to late-night dinner and dancing.
    • Trinity Church is located in Boston's upscale Back Bay neighborhood. It is a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts, and the elaborate and ornate building has become a landmark and icon in downtown Boston.
    • Quincy Market in the Faneuil Hall marketplace of downtown Boston is a historic building that still serves as a souvenir marketplace and food court today. The area has expanded to include two other marketplace buildings as well.

    • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
    • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
    • Airport greet and meet: Your tour escort will be wearing a yellow uniform and holding a sign with your name. Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area/outside of the arrival's (restricted) area. International arrivals, your tour escort will wait just outside of customs exit.
    • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .

    Cancellation penalties per person for 1-4 days tours

    • 15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 7-14 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 4-6 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    Cancellation penalties per person for tours last 5 or more days

    • Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    • 21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    • 8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • 1-7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
