  • Buy 2 Get 3rd Free: (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $138 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 years old. Child above 2 years must take the seat. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses for the infant under 2 years. Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate up to 4 guests of any age.

Day 1: New York - Secret Caverns(winter)/ Watkins Glen(summer) - Niagara Falls(738 miles)

Guests will be picked up in New Jersey and New York in the early morning. Then we will head north to Secret Caverns(winter)/Watkins Glen(summer) in upstate New York. We will then continue on to Niagara Falls, NY.

Winter Schedule (Nov-Apr): We will visit Secret Caverns firstly. Then we will get Niagara Falls Ferris Wheel if time permits. From there on, we will continue the trip to Niagara Falls, NY and catch the Niagara Falls Illumination.

Summer Schedule (May-Oct): We will head north to the Watkins Glen State Park, NY. From there on, we will continue the trip to Niagara Falls, NY and catch the Niagara Falls Illumination. (**Visit Watkins Glen only when weather condition allows. In case of storm, we reserve the right to change or cancel the attraction considering safety issues. We will visit the Corning Museum instead.)

Afterwards we will come to visit the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, Casa Loma, and also enjoy a Chinese dinner in Toronto Chinatown. We will also pass by the Rainbow Bridge (U.S./Canada Border), Toronto City Hall.

Summer Schedule: Apply when Mariposa Toronto Harbor Cruise & Hornblower Niagara Cruise are opened.

Today we will visit the Niagara Falls Canada side. We will watch the IMAX movie and take a Hornblower Niagara Cruise. Then we will head to the Skylon Tower Observation Deck and enjoy a lunch. This interesting and exciting fuller tour of the greater Niagara area takes us to sights we otherwise may not see, such as the impressive water formation at Whirlpool State Park or the historic Old Fort Niagara. Nextly we will visit Corning Glass Museum - in western New York is dedicated to the history, art, and science behind glassmaking.

Summer Schedule (April-Beginning of Nov): In the morning, we will depart from Toronto head to the Thousand Islands to take a Cruise Tour of the area (closed on winter). In addition to taking in the scenery, passengers on boat tours can learn of the history of the region, which was once home to pirates and bootleggers, and enjoy views of some famous spots such as the Boldt Castle along the way. Then we will see a "shortest international bridge in the world". Before returning back to New York, we will have a short stay at duty-free stores.

  • Your ticket(s) will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please allow up to 8 hours to receive the confirmation. Your booking will be processed as soon as possible.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    21 days or more prior to departure - 10% of the total purchase amount.
    8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show- 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attractions. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
  • Hotel & Tour Guide Information: This information will be provided by the tour guide the night before departure between 7:00pm - 9:00pm EST via phone call or text message. If for any reason you do not receive the call or text, you should be at the pickup location at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Hello! I am just wondering if we are allowed to take luggage (2 large suitcases) on this tour? What is the luggage allowance? Also, does this tour allow for much free time during the optional activities? Thanks so much! Caterina

Hi Caterina, Regarding this tour, you can bring 2 pieces of luggage. Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. For guidance, the check-in luggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height) and should not weigh more than 50 pounds. For the optional activities, if you attend, you would pay cash to the tour for the tour guide to arrange. If you do not attend, you discuss with the tour guide, wait for them or maybe have some free time.

If I travel alone, can I have a room for myself or do I have to share it with somebody else?

If you travel alone, you can book one room for your order, so you will have a room by yourself.

  • This was a wonderful trip . Out tour guide, Miss Wendy was a lovely , Friendly person . Wendy is a good tour guide she provides a good information about 3 days trips to Niagara fall , Toronto . Also Driver , Mr. Micheal was a excellent driver . our trip were snow day raining day but his driving skill make our tour fun & safety back home . it was nice package 3 days trips with reasonable price , Good hotel , good Chinese foods , and a lovely people in our trip . I definitely recommend to my friend and will going again and again with this company also if i can request go with our lovely tour guide, Wendy everyone clear ....

  • My husband and I used the tour for our "Anniversary "! It was so affordable, and so wonderful to see NIAGARA FALLS, during the night which was so romantic and during the day! Our tour guide Max were so kind and hard working! Max was comfortable to listen to , with his fluent English and calm tone. He made sure we were safe everywhere we went!! The hotel rooms were so great!! We saw so many locations, we were so impressed!! It was the best vacation we ever had!! Thank you TakeTours!

  • Our tour guide Max was so accomodating and really hands on attending to all her guests. My son enjoyed all the activities especially the Niagara Falls . If I will take another tour in the near future I will request Max to be my tour guide again. Thank you guys!
