We will pick you up from your hotel in Amman and head to explore Wadi Rum on a 1.5-hour jeep ride into the Jordanian desert!

We will pick you up from your hotel in Amman and we will head to visit Madaba, a city best known for the famous 6th century Mosaic map of Jerusalem and the Holy Land and for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics.
Then we will proceed to Mt. Nebo, a city mentioned in the Bible as the place where Moses was granted a view of the promised land that he would never enter. We now head further down to the southern part of Jordan to visit the Kerak Castle.
The Kerak Castle is a Crusaders' Castle built on a triangular plateau dating back to the 12th century. It is one of the largest crusader fortresses built in 1140s under Pagan and Fulk king of Jerusalem and it was called Crac des Moabites or "Karak in Moab". The castle surrendered in the 12th century to Saladin's Army due to the lack of arms. Major highlight is to visit the castle as an example of Crusader architecture, a mixture of west European, Byzantine, and Arab designs, and as one of early Frankish castles.
Upon that, we will transfer you back to your hotel.
Your private driver will collect you from your hotel in Aman at your chosen time for either lunch or dinner.
After collection you will be taken to a local family home where you will meet the family members, share stories and learn more about Jordanian culture.
You will also enjoy a delicious meal cooked and prepared by the family, followed by tea and coffee and we hope you still have room for dessert.

Then we will head to Jerash for a 2-hour visit of the ancient Roman city with a local English-speaking guide.
Jerash is considered the "Pompeii of the East" and one of the Decapolis "the Famous 10 Greco-Roman Cities".
Located 45km north to Amman, Jerash is the best preserved example of Roman Civilization in Jordan.
The major highlights are: Arc de Triumph or Hadrian's Arch, The Hippodrome, the oval square, the colonnaded street, the temple of Aphrodite, Temples of Artemis and Zeus and the Roman theater, The Nymphaeum, 14 Churches from early Christian-Byzantine era, some Umayyad and Mamluks settlements.
After the visit we will transfer you back to your hotel in Amman.
After we pick you up from your hotel in Amman we depart to explore the Baptismal site of Jesus Christ (Bethany beyond Jordan). John the Baptist (PBUH) prepared the way for the arrival of the Messiah, and John's ministry itself marked the beginning of the preaching of "the gospel of the Kingdom of God" (Luke 16:16).
Some of the pivotal events in John's life and his heralding of the coming of Jesus took place in Jordan. Though Jesus Christ's divinely inspired role was announced before and during his birth, he launched his public ministry at Bethany beyond the Jordan at age 30, immediately after he was baptized by John and anointed by God (Luke 3:21-23, Acts 1:21-22). Proceed to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth deep in the Jordan Valley and 55 km southeast of Amman, is the Dead Sea, one of the most spectacular natural and spiritual landscapes in the whole world.
