Upon arrival in the town of Tigre, we will board a boat and sail along the delta to explore its islands. The life of the "islenos" (people who live on the islands of the Delta) is very unique. Our local guide will fill you in the history and lifestyle of Tigre. This relaxing leg of our journey will be a treat for your senses. Take in the views while sipping on your complimentary coffee and alfajores (traditional Argentinean cookie).

Once we have toured the islands we will head back to the bus for a relaxing ride back to the capital city of Buenos Aires.

Located north of Buenos Aires, Tigre lies on the Parana Delta and is an important tourist and weekend attraction.

Hotels in the Palermo Neighborhood do not include pick-up or drop off. You will need to travel by your own means to receive transfers from a nearby hotel.
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a voucher will be granted once voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.

Policies

Currency Fluctuations: All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.

Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.

Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.

While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
