Guests will be picked up from the specified departure locations in Buenos Aires. Today, we will escape the city and journey back to simpler times on this Gaucho Party tour, venturing to an "estancia," or ranch, for a fun-filled day! Once we arrive at the estancia, Santa Susana, we will have some time to better acquaint ourselves with each other and the environment while indulging in handmade empanadas. Then, we will get some free time to take in the sights, explore the area, go horseback riding, or more. After the free time, we are invited to take part in an "asadi," a traditional Argentine barbeque. Then, we will be treated to a folkloric and tango shows, followed by gauchos who will come out to show us their skills, demonstrating ring-races, horse mildness, and more. Afterwards, we will return to Buenos Aires. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.
  • Complimentary pickup is available from downtown Buenos Aires hotels.

Additional Note

  • The start time is an approximate departure time from your hotel. Your exact pick up time will be sent to you once you confirm your reservation.
  • If you are staying in the Palermo neighborhood, please travel to a downtown area hotel for pick up.
  • Vegetarian lunches are available. Please notify Gray Line Argentina if you would prefer this type of lunch.
  • Pick-up time is between 9:30am and 10:15am.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Currency Fluctuations: All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.
  • Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.

  • Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday.
  • While we will make every effort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under special circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
