Itinerary
We will start the day with Moraine Lake and set in the rugged Valley of the Ten Peaks, amazing colors create a unique appearance used on the Canadian dollar bill. Then, we will head to Lake Louise, overlooked by a stately chateau and backed by Victoria Glacier and elevated by Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and a special arranged lunch at the hotel (optional surcharge).
After that, we will return to Banff Town, known as the "soul of the Rockies”, and end the day's journey in a leisurely mood.

Valley of the Ten Peaks
A region located in Banff National Park, this area is so named because the ten summits of the mountain range in the distance are clearly visible. It is an open valley area that also includes Moraine Lake.
Johnston Canyon
Johnston Canyon is a must-visit natural attraction and one of the most popular destinations in Banff National Park! It is carved steeply into the limestone bedrock by thousands of years of water erosion. The dramatic Johnston Canyon is a breathtaking beauty located in Banff National Park. - To ensure a smooth and complete trip, we strongly recommend that you order activity tickets and meal packages, at the time of booking a tour. No additional changes or modifications will be provided within 10 days before or during the tour.
- Hotel Class: North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved on the trip are local brand hotels.
- If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release"; no exceptions.
- Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
- In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
- During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.
- Luggage Policy: Each guest is allowed 1 check-in bag (total dimensions must not exceed 62 inches), 1 carry-on, and 1 personal item. Extra luggage will not be allowed.
Policies
After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.
After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.
The following applies to order cancellations OR changes :
- reduce the number of participants for the same order
- cancel the entire order
- change of itinerary
- change different dates for the same trip
1. No refund will be made for any change or cancellation of the entire order or one or all of the activities, meals, tickets and accommodation within 72hours prior to the departure of the tour;
2. Charge 6% tour fee/ order/time 72hours or more before the tour (activities and catering are refundable)
3. Christmas, New Year, and holidays(Dec.16-Jan.02) are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed.

The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
If your itinerary includes shuttle service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. The travel agency reserves the right to provide the second service or to charge $30 per person if there is an error in pick-up due to inaccurate information.
Visitors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above).
Please understand that complimentary items unavailable due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, or you cannot participate due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
If you have special needs (such as bed, vegetarian, baby chair, etc.), please inform us at least 7 days before the trip, we will try to coordinate, but no guarantee.

Yes the airport transfer will be provided on certain tours. Complimentary airport pickup at Calgary International Airport (YYC) is available at scheduled times. Hotel shuttle and pre-paid private car pickup options are also offered. Pickup method depends on flight arrival time. Final pickup details will be confirmed by SMS one day before departure. Additional fees may apply if incorrect or late flight information is provided.
