Itinerary

Overview

This tour will begin after guests have been picked up from the specified departure location. Today, we will get to see the best Chicago has to offer, traveling through both the north and south sides. Along the way, we will see Lincoln Park, Washington Park, and Grant Park. Traveling along the Outer Drive, we will catch scenic glimpses of Lake Michigan. We will make stops at the fascinating Lincoln Park Conservatory and the Museum Campus, home to the most interesting museums in the city and an absolutely breathtaking view. Afterwards, we will return to the departure point, bringing an end to the tour. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

Chicago, IL

Chicago is a city of color and history. The largest city in the American Midwest, it sits on Lake Michigan. It is home to one of the world's tallest buildings, the Willis Tower, and many other amazing activities.

Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park sees more than twenty million-- that's 20,000,000-- visitors every year, making it the second most-visited park in the country. It covers 1200 acres of shoreline along Lake Michigan and was created in 1843.

Grant Park

Nicknamed "Chicago's front yard," Grant Park sits right on Chicago's waterfront. It is home to gardens, museums, live performance venues, several pieces of art, like a monument to Abraham Lincoln and the Agora, a collection of headless statues.

Lincoln Park Conservatory

This conservatory and botanical garden is in a large greenhouse and contain extensive collections of plant life. The facility also helps with community outreach porgrams as well as providing educational opportunities to those interested in botany.
