This Airboat Tour is for those who want to go to the farthest extremes in adventure and thrills and are not afraid of the dark! During the hotter months, it also offers the best chance of seeing alligators up close.
Search the thrilling swamps for the intimidating Florida alligator. Watch the alligators glide across the marsh seeking their next meal. Your captain will wear a miners cap that will help seek out these most revered reptiles.
Our night airboat tours are seasonal. In the cold weather months, it is weather-permitting only. In the warmer months, our tours are approximately one hour. We provide life vests, hearing protection, safety glasses, and fun.
We suggest dressing in warm clothes even in the warmer months. (Dress more warmly than you are comfortable since it is typically at least 10 degrees cooler on the water in the wind.) Cameras and video equipment are at your own risk due to light spray.

All ages are welcome on all tours. We do not have a minimum age or height requirement for our tours. A child under 2 can sit on your lap or ride beside you. They usually enjoy the ride, but some have a problem with the noise and/or wearing a life vest which is required for children under 6.
The best chance of seeing alligators in the wild is on our one hour night airboat tour. This tour takes you out when the alligators are searching for food at night. They do not eat as much during the cold months so we do not have night tours from sometime in November to sometime in March. (Dates are completely weather based) Wildlife is most active in the morning, we advise that you arrive as close to 9:30am as possible in the warm months and between 11:00 am-2:00 pm in the cold months.
We cannot guarantee to see alligators in the wild on the airboat tour's. Our captains have many years of experience and are usually really good at finding them, but since they are in the wild each tour is unique and unpredictable.
All our passengers are provided with hearing protection prior to riding on our airboat tours. Life vests can be found under the seat and in the front of the boat. Children 6 and under are required to wear a life vest.
Both our locations have wheelchair access. Unfortunately, we are unable to have the wheelchair on the airboat so the passenger would need to be transferred from the wheelchair to the seat in the boat.
