Day 1

You will be picked up at your Strip or downtown hotel on a free shuttle to the airport. The plane, which has large windows and two engines, soars above the spectacular Hoover Dam, as well as Lake Mead, the largest man made reservoir in the country. You will also get great views of the western desert on the way to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The plane flies over the Canyon but does not land. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon, before returning to the airport, and being taken back to your hotel.

Travel time from hotel to hotel is approximately 3 1/2 to four hours, with a flight time of about 1.1 hours.

Las Vegas, NV

Las Vegas is known as the "Entertainment Capital of the World" for a good reason-- casinos and hotels line its streets, and visitors can gamble, see shows, and shop at virtually any hour of the day or night.

Hoover Dam

The beautiful Hoover Dam is located 30 miles southeast of Las Vegas in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River. The massive concrete dam was a monumental undertaking built during the Great Depression and dedicated by Franklin Roosevelt himself.

Lake Mead

Lake Mead is the reservoir formed by the Hoover Dam. When at full capacity, it is the largest reservoir in the United States. It is a popular recreation spot for fishermen, boaters, hikers, sightseers, and much more.

Grand Canyon, AZ

Considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon was carved over 17 million years by the Colorado River. This breathtaking, 18-mile-long canyon has been stunning visitors for hundreds of years.

Grand Canyon West Rim

Located just 2 hours from nearby Las Vegas, Nevada, Grand Canyon West boasts the newest visitor attraction, the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Its plexiglass floor extends 70 feet over the edge of the Canyon's rim, allowing visitors to look straight down to the canyon floor 4,000 feet below.

Colorado River

The major river of the Amaerican Southwest, the Colorado River winds 1,450 miles (2,330 km) through mountains, deserts, and other diverse landscapes of parts of seven U.S. and two Mexican states.

Departure & return

You will be picked up at your Strip or downtown hotel on a free shuttle to the airport at the preferred time of day you selected. Exact pick-up time will be provided upon reconfirmation.

Confirmation

Redemption

Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Please note that in the winter months snow or other bad weather may result in tour itineraries being changed without notice, or even tours being canceled in extreme weather. Should a cancellation occur the only amount we will refund is the cost of the portion of the tour that is canceled, or a refund of the entire tour price if the tour itself is canceled.
