I just want to thank all the staff of TakeTours-Europe side very much especially our Tour guide (Szebastian) and driver (Rob) for their special attention to our trip last month (May-June). We came home safely with a lot of fun. We've never seen such a responsible tour agency, and they made us completely pleased with what they've done for us. Good impression right at the first time! The hotel choices was excellent and the tour was well organized! It was a memorable holiday for my family. I would highly recommend it and looking forward for our next tour in USA!!! Thanks!
Tour Guide - He is very responsible. We have some participants who were late at the meeting point. He tried to call them and make every effort to look for them.
Accommodation - it is out of town and you really can't go out at night to do self exploration because there is nothing around the hotel area.
Itinerary - insufficient time to explore Rome especially at the Colliseum area if you choose to enter the Colliseum.
Other than that, the trip was perfect.
