Day 1

In the morning guests will be picked up at Maui Airport. The first stop is the Great Kamehameha battlefield - Needle Valley. Then along the coastal highway, look out the Holy Land of snorkeling -Molokini, come to the classic Hawaiian whaling port - Lahaina. The scenery and the buildings have the variety of different styles, visiting the Whale Museum, Tropical Botanical Garden, Kapalua Bay Villas, one of America's most beautiful beaches D. T. Fleming Beach Park, and Kaanapali Beach Park. After a pleasant one day trip, we will be transferred to the airport.

From 1/1/2020 on, we will adjust the tour itinerary as following:

We will visit the Lao Valley firstly, and then we will continue to visit the Ancient Battlefield, Lahaina, Kapalua Bay Villas, D.T. Fleming Beach Park and lastly we will come to the Kaanapali Beach Park. When tour finished, we will return back to Kahuiui hotel or Airport.

Maui, HI

Maui is the second-largest of the Hawaiian Islands and has been called the "Best Island in the World." Popular spots on the island include Hāna Highway, Haleakalā National Park, and Wailea-Makena. More than two million people visit annually.

Maui Tropical Plantation

This functioning plantation on Maui is more than just that; it is also a great place to stop and eat, with a highly regarded restaurant onsite. There is a tourist train you can take to see the plantation in full.

Kapalua Bay

Kapalua Bay is a sheltered white sand beach on the north west side of Maui. The bay is protected by two reefs that extend out on both ends forming a C-shaped cove making it ideal for snorkeling.
Lahaina, HI

Lahaina is the largest town on the Hawaiian island of Maui and the most popular tourist destination on the island. Guests can walk its famous Front Street, see whales from the beach, or ride the Sugar Cane Train.

Departure & Return

Complimentary pick-up service is available from Maui Kahului Airport/Hotel, please book your fight arrival Kahului Airport before 9:00am. Please enter in your flight/hotel information in the "Pickup Location" field.
Other Area pick-up: Kahului Cruiseport with extra fee $5/person, Lahaina Area $35/person.
Return: Please book the leaving flight from Kahului Airport after 6:00pm.

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you have received the confirmation.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person
(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
15-30 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
