  • Buy 2 Get 3rd Free: (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $478 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 yrs old. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses. Children sharing a room with 2 adult passengers pay the same price as a third or fourth adult. Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate up to 4 guests of any age.

Day 1: Hometown - Miami/Fort Lauderdale (9 miles)

Today, guests will be picked up at either the Miami or Fort Lauderdale airport, depending on their flight itinerary. They should meet their tour guide in the baggage claim area. Those who arrive before 12:00pm will have the chance to go shopping at the Dolphin Mall. Those who arrive in Miami before 4:00pm or Fort Lauderdale before 3:00pm will be able to go on a special night tour of the trendy South Beach neighborhood and Lincoln Road.

Day 2: Miami - Everglades National Park - Miami (56 miles)

In the morning we will come to Wynwood Walls to see various graffiti and then come to the Bayside Market. Customers could have optional Miami In-depth tour: we will drive from Bayside Market to Miami Brickell, then go to Biscayne Island for photos and Miami skyline. Also, we drive through Vizcaya Museum and then arrive at Little Havanah. Customers could have a 1.5-hour Cruise to Star Island. After Lunch, we will go to Everglades National Park for customers to have a Everglades Airboat Rides and close experience with alligators and crocodiles.

Day 3: Miami - Key West - Miami (331 miles)

Today, we will tour the city of Key West, FL. To get there, we must cross the Seven Mile Bridge and take pictures with the Southernmost Point Buoy. Customers will have lunch here and explore around for various activities. We will also have the chance to visit Ernest Hemingway's House and shop on Whitehead Street. In the evening, we will start our stunning Sunset Tour in Mallory Square, the place that has the reputation of the best place to view the sunset in Key West. (This seasonal special sunset tour will available for winter itinerary only, and all customers would join in)

    As the name suggests, this anchored bouy marks the southernmost point in the mainland U.S., although the accuracy of that statement has been disputed. On one side, the buoy reads "90 Miles To Cuba."

    The Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum in Key West was the famous author's home for almost ten years and was where he wrote some of his famous works. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1968.

There are also other activities like relaxing on the beach or water activities. Then we will go to West Palm Beach, there are beautiful ocean view awaiting for you. Worth Ave is a popular shopping area. On the way, we will pass by Mar-a-Lago.

Day 5: Fort Lauderdale - Fort Myers - Naples - Miami (260 miles)

Today, we will go to White Beach in Fort Myers to enjoy the beautiful scenery and visit the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. Afterwards, we will pass Naples on our way back to Miami.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking and Reservation
    All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
  • Travel Documents
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Broading Time and Location
    All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
  • Travel Insurance
    Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
  • Luggage Restriction
    Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
