Niagara Falls is great and amazing. However, the itinerary stated in the website/our confirmed booking details were slightly different and some attractions were skipped (e.g finger lake and whirlpool state park). In addition, the optional activities charges also not as per stated in the website (website stated $29 but the tour guide charged $35 instead). I had questioned the tour guide but he just mentioned it’s $35 due to the admission of the hydroelectric attraction (which we found out it’s actually free admission and they are not being honest). Of course you can choose not to join the optional activities, but you will not able to see the major attractions. Last but not least, the main attraction Niagara Falls national park is free admission but they purposely make it optional activities with charges of $35 and the only thing they did is just to bring you there to see the night view. They should include this in the package as well instead of charge you extra for the so called “optional activities”. So I can feel that they are not being honest.
The tour was great, judie our tour guide was excellent, patience and very kind. Visiting the Niagara falls will be an unforgettable experience.
The only negative in the tour was the bus, it was old and dirty. On our way to Niagara falls the bus broke down around 2 hours after our departure. Despite this Judie was calm and fast found us a solution and a new bus would come to pick us up. They took us in a nearby place to get something to eat/drink and wait till the new bus comes. The new bus was also old and dirty as the first one but at least completed successfully the tour! The Radisson hotel that we stayed close to Niagara falls was good. In general the tour was great, the only negative thing was the bus, which in my opinion is a serious matter as we spend most of our time in it.
