Day 1: New York City

Airport(JFK/LGA/EWR) Pick-up Information:
1. Every day from 9:00 to 21:00 (Please be noticed the listed time refers to the meeting time with our staff after claiming your baggage.); we provide complimentary airport pick-up at two major airports of New York: JFK and LGA, Flushing (9:30 to 17:00), and Chinatown in Manhattan( 18:30).
2. If customers arrived outside of the complimentary airport pickup hours, we can arrange 24 hours airport pick-up service for $160(include first 1st and 2nd persons, $10 for each additional person).
3. For guests arrived at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), you can take either hotel shuttle or a taxi to your hotel. We offer paid airport pick-up service at a cost of $160 for the first two passengers and extra $10 charge on each additional passenger.

Free airport pick-up service is included on the first day (excluding service fee $12/person).

Thanks for choosing your vacation with us! You can choose any one of the major airports in New York City (JFK, LGA, EWR) when you book your flight. Our professional tour guide will meet you at the baggage claim area for the domestic flight; for an international flight, please arrive at the Passenger Waiting Area for pick up. Day 2: New York - Watkins Glen - Niagara Falls(408 miles)

Today we will head north to Watkins Glen in upstate New York. We will then continue on to Niagara Falls, NY.

Day 4: Toronto - Thousand Islands - Ottawa - Montreal(440 miles)

Thousand Islands to take a Cruise Tour of the area (closed on winter). As the name indicated, the Thousand Islands constitute an archipelago of 1,864 islands that straddles the Canada-U.S. border in the Saint Lawrence River. Afterwards, we will head to Ottawa, a famous political and commercial city, where the fire of peace never goes out. Then head north to Montreal, the largest French-speaking city in eastern Canada with the most French cultural characteristics, known as the "Little Paris of North America".
During Sep 15 - Oct 15, we'll visit Mont Tremblant, a Canadian Maple resort instead of the Montreal Double Decker City Tour and Notre-Dame Basilica.

In the morning we will depart from Montreal toward Quebec City, QC, where we will visit the historic Old Quebec, see the massive Chateau Frontenac and also tour the Historic District of Old Quebec with own free time for dinner. Then we will also visit the Montmorency Falls. Return to Montreal in the evening.

Day 7: New York City Tour

Passengers will be picked up in the morning. Today we will embark on a tour of New York City. We will passing by NYC Trinity Church, and our first stop will be the Wall Street, where we can see the world's famous stock exchanges, as well as the signature sculpture, Charging Bull. From there, we will take a Statue of Liberty Cruise. Then we'll visit U.S.S. Intrepid. After, we will pass by Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, and stop at the One World Observatory (will visit Empire State Building instead if close). Our day concludes with visits to Times Square, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, The Fifth Avenue (you can go to the Central Park by yourself, or go to the Museum of Modern Art at your own expense).

    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.

    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    9-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    1-8 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
    In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • The opening hours and capacity limit of attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to COVID-19. When the operating hours and capacity restriction have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.

Additional Note

  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Luggage: Each customer may bring on board one checked luggage plus one carry-on bag.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort upon arrival.
