- Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
- Booking Flights: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should be within 1 business day.
- Luggage Policy Each passenger is allowed: 1 checked baggage (total dimensions must not exceed 62 inches), 1 carry-on luggage, and 1 personal item.

Child Rate: Children sharing a room with 2 adult passengers pay the same price as a third or fourth adult. Please note that each hotel room can only accommodate up to 4 guests of any age.
Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status.
Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or at an area with different restaurants and passengers can order.
For 3-day tours or less, the seats are arranged according to the time of booking. The earliest you book, you get to seat more at the front. For 4 or more days, the seats are rotated so everyone has opportunity to seat in different parts of the bus.
If you need a special seating arrangement for a medical reason, please contact us and we will try to work our best to arrange the seat for you at the front. In some cases, a medical proof will be requested.
Unfortunately, we don't offer parking for most of the departure locations, unless it is offered in the tour page. We recommend you to verify parking locations nearby the departure location in google maps.
It should be paid upon arrival. Please bring cash for optional admission fees, meals, as well as tips to tour guide.
Once you place order successfully online, an e-ticket will be automatically emailed. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
On your departure date, all you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout e-ticket you receive to board the scheduled tour.
You can even the tours 1 day (24 hours) before your expected departure date, as long as there are availabilities. Our suggestion is if you already decide your travel date; please make the reservation as early as you can to make sure your travel plan proceed smoothly.
We currently offer "Buy 2 Get Free 3rd Free" discount and the Triple Occupancy* rate has been adjusted to reflect this discount. *Total cost of a Double Occupancy is same as the total cost of a Triple Occupancy.
If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@taketours.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.
All the 2 to 3 days tours back to New York around 7:00pm to 8:00pm (depending on the traffic). For the long-time tour package, if the last stop is airport, please arrange your return flight according to our reminder on last day's itinerary.
