Day 1

In the morning, guests will be picked up from their hotels in Rio de Janeiro. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations. We will take a coach bus over the Rio-Niteroi bridge on our way to Buzios. Upon arrival here, we will take a walk through cobblestone streets rich with a quaint charm, made famous by the French actress Brigitte Bardot when she fell in love with the town in the 1960s. Buzios, once a quiet fishing village, has changed dramatically in some ways, and not at all in others. Here we will encounter friendly residents from over 44 nationalities.

While vacationing here in the 1960s, French actress Brigitte Bardot fell in love with the coastal resort town of Buzios, and soon it became an international hotspot, with Mick Jagger and Madonna among the many famous visitors.

Departure & return

Free hotel pick up is available from major Rio De Janeiro hotels around 7:00am. Please put hotel name in the "Hotel Info" area when booking. Exact pick up time and departure location will confirm later.
