by jerry oyabu on 2016-07-02
Answer
Bus operators do not accept to carry any type of pets on the buses. However, operators do allow trained service animals that help disabled customers perform necessary activities. Service animals must be properly harnessed, have a certificate, and should be under the direct control of the owner at all times.

  • Very well arranged tour includes many "must-sees." Hotels were better than expected. Food arrangements - quite okay, but mostly Asian food buffets. The most difficult thing was getting up at 5:00am, leaving at 6:00am. On our bus 80% were Chinese - the problem is that sometimes the guide was talking only to them (in Chinese) which was impolite to those few who were English speaking. The itinerary states Salt Lake City on the morning of day 6. We actually made it on the evening of day 5 without any chance to explore the city itself.

  • Itinerary is great, such great places that we saw, however, long bus rides in a fully booked bus, 60% not able to speak English was very challenging. If I ever recommend this tour to a friend, I will encourage them to find a time when it is not too busy. Our tour guide, Jimmy Wong is great, he was very organized and patient.

  • Overall rating for this tour is recommended. But I must warn you that this tour involves long hours of sitting on a bus every day. If you cannot bear it, you shouldn't take this tour.

  • This was one of the best itineraries for the Yellowstone trip, which also included major attractions like Arches National Park, Mount Rushmore and the Grand Tetons. Even though the tour includes long bus journeys, every day is worth it and overall, the tour guide was very knowledgeable. The guide and the driver were well experienced and managed time very efficiently. Only thing that can be improved on in this itinerary was the selection of accommodations provided.
