Pricing Policy

  • Buy 2 get 3rd Discounted (3 or 4 pax sharing one room): (1) Cancellation of discounted-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (2) No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $458 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 0-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

Day 1: San Francisco

Today we will gather in San Francisco. Guests should take the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and check in on their own.

Day 2: San Francisco - Yosemite National Park - Fresno (228 miles)

Today we will head to Yosemite National Park. Breathtaking scenery like the Bridal Veil Fall, El Capitan, Merced River, Half Dome, and Yosemite Falls will immerse your senses and bring you back to nature. The Yosemite Valley is one of the most visited spots in America, so make sure you bring plenty of films! Spend the night in Fresno.

    Bridal Veil Falls

    Bridal Veil Falls
    If the wind is strong enough, the cascading waters of Bridal Veil Falls appear to be falling sideways, making this 617-foot waterfall one of the most popular natural attractions in Yosemite.

    Even the most experienced rock climbers find difficulty on the treacherous slopes of El Capitan, the world's largest granite monolith. The summit can be reached by a hiking trail out of Yosemite Valley.

Day 3: Fresno - Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park - San Francisco (286 miles)

In the morning we will leave Fresno and travel to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. Then we will continue to Hilmar Cheese Company, the largest Cheese manufacturer in California. We will make our return journey to the Bay Area in the evening. See "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

    These two adjoining national parks are famous for the giant sequoia trees that grow in them and nowhere else in the world. They were designated the UNESCO Sequoia-Kings Canyon Biosphere Reserve in 1976.

    Based on weather and road conditions, bus size and other safety concerns, we reserves the right to decide on the choice between visiting the General Grant Tree at Kings Canyon or General Sherman Tree at Sequoia NP. If the weather or road conditions are bad, the road will freeze. In this situation, for the safety of our passengers, we will replace Sequoia National Park and General Sherman Tree with Kings Canyon National Park and General Grant Tree.

    A city in, and the county seat of, Merced County, California, United States, in the San Joaquin Valley. It is known as the "Gateway to Yosemite," less than two hours by automobile from Yosemite National Park to the east and Monterey Bay, the Pacific Ocean, and multiple beaches to the west.

  • Departure:
      Free Airport Pickup: Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area.International arrivals, your tour escort will wait at exit area. Free pickup from SFO is available between 9:00am and 6pm. Outside those hours, guests will be charged a fee of $65/passenger for the first two persons, from the 3rd and after is $10/passenger.
      Free Hotel Courtesy Shuttles: 24-hour operated, which located at the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle zones on the center island of the Departures Level roadway at all terminals. If special pick-up needs to be arranged, we will charge $110 plus $3/person (tips for the driver) from each group of guests. If your flight is delayed or changed, you must call us immediately to arrange new pick-up, otherwise you will be charged all additional fees.
  • Flight Arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, please schedule flights to depart from San Francisco after 10:00pm.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Air fares between your city and the starting city.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
  • A mandatory service fees total of $15 /day/person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $15 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $60.
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
  • Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
    Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received within 8-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received Within 3 Days prior to departure or no show will incur a 100% total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties. .
