  • Buy 2 get 3rd Discounted (3 or 4 pax sharing one room): (1) Price has been adjusted to reflect the discount (2) Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (3) No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $338 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat. (4) Self dismiss of discounted passenger incurs about $100 - $250 penalty fee depending on the date you leave.
  • Child rates apply to those 3-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers. Infant under 3 years old with seat will pay the same tour price, mandatory fee, and service fee as the Child. Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children or infant regardless of ages).
  • Seat Category: First 5 Bus Rows, $10/person/day, subject to availability. Do not apply for the day tour like LA theme parks 10 options, Napa Valley+Sausalito or Redwood Forest+Monterey.
  • Mandatory fees are part of the tour fares which customers are obligated to pay on the tour. If any customer refuses to pay mandatory fees, we reserve the right to terminate service with no refund. The infant under 3 years old by taking seats also needs to pay for it.

Day 1: San Francisco

Today we will gather in San Francisco. Guests should meet our tour guide in front of the Information Center at Terminal 2 for transfer to the hotel. Please see " Departures and Returns" for more info.

Day 2: Choose 1 from Napa Valley+Sausalito or Redwood Forest+Monterey or Stanford+San Jose

Option 1: San Francisco - Napa Valley - Castello Di Amorosa - Sausalito - San Francisco (56 miles)

In the morning, we will head to Napa Valley to sample the local wines. At customers' own expense, we can also visit the famous Castello di Amorosa Winery. At the same time, you will enjoy the beautiful view of Napa Valley. After that, we will head to the famous coastal town of Sausalito, where we will get amazing views of the San Francisco skyline from across the water. In the evening, we will return to San Francisco.

Option 2: San Francisco - Redwood Forest - Monterey - San Francisco (218 miles)

In the morning, we will head to Redwood Forest. At our own expense, we can also take the Roaring Camp Steam Train stroll around the Redwood Trees. Then we'll see the beautiful coastline of California as we drive along the 17-Mile Drive. In the evening, we will return to San Francisco.

In the morning, we will tour Yosemite National Park. We will see famous sights like Yosemite Falls, El Capitan and Tunnel View Point. After lunch, we will drive through California's Central Valley on our way back to Los Angeles, arriving in the late evening.

In the morning, we will depart from Los Angeles, driving along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway. We will stop at Denmark Village in Solvang, CA around noon. After lunch, we will arrive at Apple Park Visitor Center. Later in the day, we will arrive in San Francisco, where the tour will come to an end. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

  • Airport Pickup: Tour guides will meet you in front of Information Center of Terminal 2 (Departure Level) between 10:30am and 10:30pm every 30 minutes (service fee is $10/person) and then escort you to the hotels (Courtyard Marriott SFO and/or Citi Garden Hotel). For flights arriving between 10:30pm and 0:30am or between 4:30am and 10:30am, Guests need to call airport hotel (Holiday Inn SFO 650-873-3550 or Park Point Hotel 650-589-7200) to request a free shuttle. For flights arriving between 0:30am and 4:30am, guests need to arrange their own transportation (i.e. taxi) to the airport hotel.
  • Return: Last day guests can choose to drop off at Silicon Valley Apple Park or San Francisco airport hotel. Then guests can take the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to airport. Please schedule flights to depart from San Francisco after 9:00pm (for U.S and Canada flights) or 10:00pm (for international flights).

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Mandatory Fee (pay the fee in cash to the tour guide): $115 per passenger including Cable Car, San Francisco in-depth tour, Berkeley University, Yosemite National Park, Napa Valley/17 Miles/Stanford University transportation fee and fuel surcharge.
  • Air fares between your city and the departure city.
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.

  • Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should occur within 1 business day.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact TakeTours for details.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    10 or more days prior to departure - 30% of the total purchase amount.
    6-9 days prior to departure - 50% of the total purchase amount.
    Within 5 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Hotel Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a penalty of $300/person, along with other legal brabibrties. A valid credit card is required for guests to check in at the hotel.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours' only responsibility will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not responsible for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
