  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
  • A mandatory service fees total of $15 /day/person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $15 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $60.
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

  • If you do NOT want to buy admission from the tour guide and still want to go to theme parks, you can do as following:
    • For Disneyland, you can go with the bus and use your own ticket.
    • For San Diego, you need to pay a $55 transfer fee.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
    Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received within 8-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received Within 3 Days prior to departure or no show will incur a 100% total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.

  • I just finished my tour. Its a awesome experience, I wish the tour can last longer. I had so much fun, and both of my tour guides are great. They always made sure everyone is back on the bus and fully guided us. If anyone has any issue, they will always tried their best to help everyone out. The best part is their knowledge, I learned so much history in the last few days

  • We took 7 day tour. Nice hotels. Tour guide was very knowledgeable with very good helping mind. We covered 3 states in this tour. Will take few more tours again. We enjoyed. 2 more hours could be given at Sea world.

  • It was an awesome tour!! We were given the Best tour guide - David, the Best driver on planet earth - Mathew and the Best bus (The Red Hot :)). Our guide in LA - Will was sweet too. This is the most convenient and cheapest way to explore large countries like the USA in a very short span of time. We extensively covered 3/50 States of United States of America in just 7 days.!!
