Additional Notes

  • ARRIVAL: Complimentary arrival transfers are available from Buenos Aires Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) or Buenos Aires Jorge Newbery International Airport (AEP) on the first day of the trip.
  • DEPARTURE: On the last day of the trip, guests will arrive at Santiago International Airport (SCL) at approx 20:00. Please allow ample time between this approx arrival time and flight departure time to allow for check-in/clearance of immigration etc (as per domestic/international guidelines for guests onwards flight).
  • FLIGHT DETAILS: International Inbound and Outbound flight information is due at the time of final payment in order to qualify for airport transfers. If flights NOT booked by Trafalgar, add IOF info no later than 50 days prior to departure.
  • IMPORTANT: A valid passport with at least six months validity after your return date from Peru is required to enter the country.
  • INTERNAL AIR: Intra - Air Ticketing requires guests to provide passport details including full legal name as appears on passport, passport number, expiration date, country of issue, gender and date of birth. Brochure price includes economy air and related charges for internal flights within South America only.
  • PLEASE NOTE: In some locations you will be required to walk on uneven terrain and climb stairs without handrails. You should be in good health and be able to walk without assistance. This trip also experiences high elevations so we recommend guests with preexisting medical conditions talk with a doctor prior to travel.
  • ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR ARGENTINA: All non-resident visitors must present proof of valid travel health insurance upon entry to Argentina. The insurance must include coverage for medical emergencies, hospitalization, and repatriation. This regulation is being strictly enforced at airports, land borders and maritime ports across the country. Airlines have been instructed to verify insurance coverage before boarding; passengers without proof may be denied boarding. We recommend all travellers have their travel health insurance on hand to present to airlines/border controls.
