  • DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Istanbul Airport (IST) at 13:30 and 16:30 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time. Please be aware when booking your flights.
  • DAY 15: Complimentary departure transfers arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST) on the last day of the tour at 06:00 and 12:00 (noon).
  • CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Istanbul (IST).. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Insight Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.

Once the registration is complete, an online Attendance Pass will be issued, which is mandatory for all visitors regardless of which country they are from. Entry to the commemorations will not be permitted without an attendance pass.
