Fish Feeding at Lake Mead - the largest artificial lake in the United States and enjoy the beauty of the Black Canyon while feeding fish and ducks, a perfect parent-child activity. Seven Magic Mountains - Comprised of seven towers of colorful, stacked boulders standing more than thirty feet high, Seven Magic Mountains is situated within the Ivanpah Valley adjacent to Sheep Mountain and the McCullough, Bird Spring, and Goodsprings ranges of mountains. A creative expression of human presence in the desert, Seven Magic Mountains punctuates the Mojave with a poetic burst of form and color. Hemenway Park - This Park is comprised of approximately 10 acres and includes playground equipment, gazebos, basketball courts, horseshoe pits and 2 lighted tennis courts. One of this park's main attractions is the Bighorn sheep that come down from the mountains to the water and graze. This lovely park is located in Hemenway Valley on Ville Drive with a fantastic view of Lake Mead.

  • No luggage of any size on the tour for safety reasons. Small backpacks and dry bags are permitted.
  • Face masks required for our customers during transportation.
  • It is highly suggested our customers bring Sunscreen, a small dry bag for personal items (Ziplock bags work well for this) sunglasses, and hat.
  • Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing and walking shoes.
  • Please bring motion sickness medication if necessary.
  • Your cell phone may not have signal in some areas.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your confirmation email. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.
  • Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    3 days or more before departure - 10% of total purchase amount
    0 - 3 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
