Las Vegas is known as the "Entertainment Capital of the World" for a good reason-- casinos and hotels line its streets, and visitors can gamble, see shows, and shop at virtually any hour of the day or night.

Departure & Return

Pickup Service: Complimentary pick-up service is available from most hotels in Las Vegas strip and downtown area. Tour guide will contact customers for the hotel pick-up time in advance.
Tour excluding ground shooting. Time options: 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 11:30AM, (Pacific Time, United States)

Price Excludes

If you have someone with you who is not shooting and wants to go up in the helicopter with you, they can join in on the fun for an extra $170. (Each shooter can only have ONE ride along person on the trip)
All meals and drinks during the trip are not included in tour price. The tour guide will make eating arrangements.
Service fees for your tour guide and bus driver (minimum $15.00 per day, per passenger)
Any private expenses
Infant under 8 year old/baby seat fee ($20 per seat)

Additional Note

Packages are ordered by a real-name system, after booking, print and bring this confirmation and passport or ID card to check in on site. (All customer must be 15+ years old.)
Our driver will contact you for your pickup time at the hotels one day before the tour. Please left us your US Phone number or Whatsapp number and make sure your phone is turned on.
Please arrive the pickup location 10 minutes before the pickup time. Our drive will take you to the shooting ground to check-in. After check in, please wait for the staff to take you to the tour. If the customer is late due to a traffic jam, etc., and cannot arrive pickup location on time, there will be no refunded.
Customer need to pay $25/shooter Fuel Surcharge at check-in.
Please wear closed-toe shoes or sport shoes!!! Wear socks, and warm clothes during winter; MUST bring water

Confirmation

All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Booking and Reservation
All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
Travel Documents
Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
48hours more prior to departure - No penalty.
Within 48hours prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure no show or late - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour. For holidays like Thanksgiving holiday season, XMAS holiday season and so on, all bookings of tickets and tours are final. NO change or cancellation will be accepted.
Broading Time and Location
All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
Travel Insurance
Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
Lugggage: Tour travellers are not allowed to carry luggage of any size, but are allowed to carry backpack within the relevant size.
