- ARRIVAL: Tour departs London hotel between 4:00 - 9:00 am. A pre night in London is required due to early departure times and is NOT included as part of the tour. Please note pre nights in London cannot be booked through Costsaver. Guests should make their own arrangements. They will need to be at the London hotel at least 30 minutes prior to departure on day 1. All guests will receive an email from their Travel Director at least 5 days prior to departure to confirm departure time and hotel. Please note that starting hotels may be subject to change and should therefore check any pre departure emails and those from the Travel Director.
- DEPARTURE: Guests are dropped off at the tour hotel in London late afternoon/early evening on the last day of the tour, where their tour comes to an end. A post night in London is strongly recommended and is NOT included as part of the tour. Please note post nights in London cannot be booked through Costsaver. Guests should make their own arrangements. For departure flights, we do not recommend flying in the evening on the last day of the tour, as unforeseen circumstances may arise upon return to London and cause delays.
