• Please note the Universal Studios Hollywood announced their temporary closure to the public beginning 2020 March 14, and would reopen on March 28; Warner Bros. Studio announced their temporary closure beginning form March 13 until further notice; TCL Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre Tour, OUE Skyspace and Griffith Park Observatory are closed until further notice. We suggest you check the attraction website for more exact information before your departure.
• By purchasing this Package, guests must comply with the terms and conditions listed as follow:
  
  • Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and once activated must be used within 1, 2 or 3 consecutive days from first use;
  • Packages are purchased for use as a set number of consecutive days and are subject to use as detailed below;
  • Only 3 Day pass includes the option of either Warner Bros. or Universal Studios;
  • Any unused Benefits included will expire 1, 2 or 3 consecutive calendar days from first use for the corresponding Unlimited Products;
  • You may not return to an Operator to obtain a Benefit a second or subsequent time (except for the Hop-On, Hop-Off bus);
  • Minimum of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (except for the Hop-On, Hop-Off bus);
  • Refunds will not be provided for any unused Benefits or lost or stolen Cards;
  • Benefits presented in this Guide may vary from time to time and as such you should confirm the availability of the Benefit with us prior to use of the Card.
• Usage Instructions (after purchase and redemption where the customers must go): The pass is valid for the purchased calendar days which begin when you visit the first attraction. When you are ready to start using your card, simply present it on arrival at each attraction to gain entry. For some attractions, you may have to book in advance. Benefits can only be redeemed once per person and a minimum of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (excluding the Hop On Hop Off Bus).
