Additional Notes

  • It is not recommended to book flights departing on the last day of the trip. Post night is recommended in Madrid.
  • DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Adolfo Su-rez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) from Terminal 1 at 10:30, 13:00 and 15:30 and from Terminal 4 at 11:00, 13:30 and 16:00 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive by the last transfer time on the first day of the tour, or they may miss out on the included Welcome Reception and orientation drive
  • DAY 14: The complimentary group transfer by motorcoach will arrive at Adolfo Su-rez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) at approximately 18:00, depending on traffic conditions, so please be aware when booking flights.
  • TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Madrid. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Trafalgar, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.
  • ALHAMBRA: Passport details are mandatory to purchase Alhambra tickets at least 100 days prior to departure. Access to attractions within Alhambra complex, including the Nasrid Palace, is at the discretion of the staff of the Alhambra. Passport details to purchase Alhambra tickets include Passengers Full First, Middle & Last Name, Passport Number and Nationality. Reminder: if there are NO passport details or they are INCORRECT/ INCOMPLETE, there is NO ticket/entrance to the Alhambra. Passenger information must match passport details exactly. Late Bookings inside 3 months: we cannot guarantee entrance, but we will do our absolute best to confirm, as long as we have passport details. If we are unable to secure the full Alhambra visit, there will be no compensation.
