We have done 7 days tour....its really fantastic and hassle free being first time in USA. The Hotel rooms and Transport bus are very clean and best. The Operator is Jupiter Legend is very Good.
The tour was amazing. Our tour lady was Caroline Zheng. She is a wonderful lady with lot of knowledge and ability to interact with people. She assisted everyone whenever required. She manifested her skill of tour guide everywhere.
We had an amazing time during our 7 days tour although it was very cold. Tour lady Caroline Zheng was very informative and nice. She interacted with everyone nicely and assisted when required.
TakeTour team was not well organized as it was during my Europe tour. I provided all information including my arrival and departure but when I reached nobody was there to pick me as I had arrived one day earlier (already coordinated). I called TakeTours and I was directed to tour guide who directed to another and another. After calling different people I managed to get the information of hotel which was in New Jersey. I paid 159USD to get to the hotel but to my surprise hotel didn't have booking with my name. So I again started calling different people but to no result. I paid for room again.
Breakfast was not included for tourists with TakeTours.
My experience with TakeTours was very nice before this tour but this time disappointed.
Our tour guide was Henry, he was informative and easy to get on with. Henry interacted with the group and really made you feel comfortable and welcome. the tour content was well organised and they were very happy to accommodate and help you . I would recommend this tour to any one. My husband and I had a great time!!!
