Our bike tour of the historic city center is the best way to get an overview of the many famous attractions in Rome, orient yourself to the city, and learn about its fascinating history. From the Colosseum to the Imperial Forums, across to Campo Dei Fiori and over to the stunning Pantheon and Trevi Fountains, you will want to take as many photos as possible, and we'll give you that chance when our guide stops to tell you why these spots are so special. A bike tour is the perfect way to get an overview of Rome and see so many sites in such a short amount of time! Trevi Fountain
Perhaps the most famous fountain in the world, this baroque masterpiece from the 18th century is best known for the myth that tossing coins in brings good luck. People from all over the world come to throw money into the fountain.
Pantheon
Built in the year 126 AD, this famous piece of antiquity once served as a temple to all of the major Roman gods. One of the most well-preserved remnants of ancient Rome, it has been in almost constant use.

- We limit group sizes to a maximum of 16 cyclists per group, ensuring safety and personal attention.
- Due to the cobblestones in Rome, the bike tour is not recommended for pregnant women.
- Currency Fluctuations: All tour prices are current at the time of publication and susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.
Policies
Bike Tour Children Policy: If your child is younger than 10 years of age, we require the expert level of biking and that he/she rides her/his own bike. We reserve the right to decline accepting your child without any obligation to refund you for her/his tickets. Children under 18 years of age cannot take part of the tour alone. They must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 4-11 yrs old. Children below 3 years are not allowed
All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 1 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.
Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.
Cancellation Policy: The payment is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 8 business days or more prior to the scheduled tour. Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% of total purchase amount. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed train, etc.) within 3 business days of the scheduled tour. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Rain Policy: The tour operates rain or shine. In case of heavy rain, the bike tour may proceed as a walking tour instead. Guest options on rainy days:
Proceed with the tour hoping for clearing weather - with the understanding that no refund or discount will be given if Segways are not ridden due to rain, or if the Segway tour is abbreviated due to rain.
50% refund for client cancellation
Rain check to be used the following day or at any other time, subject to availability. The Rain check is a voucher given to the client. The voucher is transferable and may be sold or given to others to use at a future date and lasts up to 1 year from date.
There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.
