Our tour guide Bill was exceptional in providing excellent service and very cooperative. He took great care for all of us and very accomodating and supportive. The tour covered all the major attractions in Northern California and Southern Oregon and was so beautiful to see all the diverse landscapes, mountains and lakes.
We all had great time in the tour. Mr Bill was very accommodating and punctual. Explained very well in the tour and gave enough headsup for all the stops. He also took our family pics many times with a smile on his face. He is very delightful tour guide.
