Tour guides Shawn and Ricki were amazing. All the attractions were covered as planned. I have undergone multiple tours but accent was hard to follow at times but didn’t have problems this time at all. Food considerations were noted and they stopped at appropriate place. They were very knowledgeable and informative.

He knows so well what he is doing, giving us clear guidelines and instructions, which made our tour smooth and enjoyable. The driver was also friendly and on time for pickup. We went to several places as mentioned in the mandatory fee and did most of the optional tours, including the Watkins Glen Park, Congress Tour, and even the amazing Hot Air balloon, which we enjoyed so much.
