Additional Notes

  • ARRIVAL: Guests to arrive into Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Welcome Desk hours are 3:00pm - 5:00pm and dinner starts at 6:00pm. Recommended flight arrival time by 3:00pm to avoid missing your dinner.
  • DEPARTURE: Departure on the last day is at leisure from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Guests make own departure transfer arrangements or can purchase private transfer.
  • TRANSFERS: Please refer to guest documents for transfer options on arrival day. Private chargeable transfers are available at an additional charge. Guests who purchase private sedan transfers though Trafalgar will be responsible to make a reservation directly with RMA 30 days to 7 days prior to departure. Additional information will be included with documents.
  • ELEVATION: The highest elevation point for this guided vacation is 11000 ft. / 3350 m.
  • IMPORTANT: Please ensure that we have been given passengers full first and last name as listed on their passport.
  • ROCKY MOUNTAINEER: This trip includes travel by Rocky Mountaineer from Jasper to Vancouver therefore does not include Mount Robson or the visit to the Optional Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Transfer to the Rocky Mountaineer station in Jasper and from the Rocky Mountaineer Station in Vancouver to group hotel is included. Guests will be traveling unescorted on the train portion of the tour. The luggage will be stored on the train and guests should bring anything they need with them during the day in a carry-on. They will not have access to the luggage on the train. Guests should review the information found at www.rockymountaineer.com/traveller-requirements for important information and terms related to this portion of the journey.
  • NATIONAL PARKS: National Park accommodations will be rustic and not always similar to other locations. We recommend bringing a flashlight for use in the National Parks. Lighting is often limited on the walking paths at night.
  • NOTE: Special deposit and cancellation policies apply to guided vacations with cruise or train travel.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Guests must have a valid Passport to enter Canada, with at least 6 months validity from the return date from Canada. US Passport Cards are only acceptable for land crossing and not flight arrival.
