Additional Notes

  • DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers from Vienna International Airport (VIE) depart at 10:00 and 13:30 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time.
  • DAY 17: Complimentary transfer arrives at Vienna International Airport (VIE) on the last day of the tour at 08:00 and 09:30.
  • TRANSFERS: Chargeable transfers available in Vienna. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Trafalgar, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights will make their own transfer arrangements.
  • IMPORTANT: Passport details are mandatory 90 days prior to departure (Passengers Full First, Middle & Last Name) to book Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum tickets. Passenger information must match exactly as per passport. Please note that these are nominative tickets, and passports will be checked upon entry to the venue. If the ticket information does not match the passport, entry may be denied.
  • ITINERARY UPDATE: Starting from Summer 2026 season, the Berlin TV Tower will be replaced with a guided visit to the Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Strasse, which has become a major highlight of the visit to Berlin following a significant investment and renovation.
