Additional Notes

  • ARRIVAL: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) at 12:30 and 15:30 on the first day of the tour. We recommend flights to arrive 2 hours prior to the last complimentary transfer time. Flights to arrive prior to 13:30.
  • DEPARTURE Complimentary departure transfers arrive at John Paul II International Krakow-Balice (KRK) on the last day of the tour at 08:00. We recommend flights to depart 3 hours after the transfer arrival time at the airport. Flights to depart after 11:00.
  • CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Trafalgar, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights not at Trafalgar designated hotels should make their own transfer arrangements.
  • CHRISTMAS MARKETS: Christmas Markets are generally open from the beginning of Advent until 24 December. While there's always a main market included in the tour, guests will have the opportunity to explore various markets throughout the city at their own pace. Christmas markets are free to enter, and if guests have specific markets they want to see, they can discuss their preferences with their Travel Director for assistance during the tour.
