Additional Notes

  • DAY 1: Complimentary arrival transfers depart Zurich Airport (ZRH) at 09:30 and 13:30 on the first day of the tour. Guests should arrive at least 2 hours before the last transfer time. Please be aware when booking your flights.
  • DAY 14: Complimentary or Chargeable Departure transfers to Zurich Airport (ZRH) will not be provided by Insight Vacations, as the Hyatt Place Zurich Airport The Circle Hotel and the Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle Hotel is within a short walking distance from the airport and is directly connected via an indoor tunnel.
  • CHARGEABLE TRANSFERS: Arrival chargeable transfers available in Zurich. Guests who have booked their extra hotel nights with Insight Vacations, or whose flight times do not coincide with the shuttle coach timings may purchase a chargeable transfer. However, guests booking independent hotel nights should make their own transfer arrangements.
  • DAY TRAIN: Porterage is included for main luggage and a coach will carry them separately from hotels to hotels for the guests. Guests will still be responsible for their hand luggage, including carrying it to and from the train stations and taking it on/off the train.
