- We pick up from all major resorts and hotels in Keauhou, Kona, Waikoloa, and Kohala Coast area between 9:30am am to 11 am. Actual pickup times vary depending on the exact location. The tour duration is around 11-12 hours.

Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
Following cacellation policy applies to group of 5 people or under.
24 hours or more prior to departure - no penalty
Within 24 hours prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Following cacellation policy applies to group of 6 people or more.
48 hours or more prior to departure - no penalty
Within 48 hours prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
