Day 1

This day trip to the amazing and massive Windham Mountain Ski Resort is perfect for skiers of all experience level, whether taking their first run or zooming through the most difficult trails.

Just starting out! Wooly Bear is the perfect slope for practicing your stops and turns. Getting better! Take Wide Connection to Upper Wipeout then turn down Lower Wipeout for a mile's worth of practice. Intermediates looking for an adrenaline rush can check out Lower Wolverine or Upper Wiseacres. Experts out for a sick run should definitely hit Upper Wheelchair or head out to the east peak.

Skiers and boarders who like to catch air will want to check out the Big Bag, a huge inflatable perfect for invert practice.

With four terrain parks and a number of places to shop and eat, this ski resort is perfect for anyone looking to get the most out of their winter experience!

Windham, NY

A town in Greene County, New York. It's in the Catskill Mountains and partly within the Catskill State Park. Batavia Kill, a tributary of Schoharie Creek, flows to the west through Windham.

This ski resort in the Catskill Mountains is just a hop, skip, and jump away from New York City. It features 49 trails and nine lifts sprawled over 265 snow-covered acres. There is also a snow-tubing park at the resort.

Additional Note

Children's packages are limited and should be purchased at least one week prior to trip date. Guests will need to bring valid copies of the child's birth certificate.

Permission Slip for Minors: A parent or legal guardian must complete and bring along a Minor Permissions Slip for each child aged 16 and younger. Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.

I would like to purchase a regular ticket but it doesnt say anywhere that I can still rent ski's when I get there. Please advise.

Yes you may rent the ski equipment at the location. Rental fees are $30.00 price may be subject to change.

Highly recommended, even for beginners. Below are the major points: a. The trip is a activity tour and beneficial for health. b. The instructors are highly professional and are along all the time. c. It is fun activity for loads of food options and fun activities. d. Stay warm and don't forget to bring waterproof pants/Ice shoes and gloves. e. Place is clean and very well organized.

I love skiing and this was an amazing trip. I can tell that everyone that was on the bus had a great time. The trip was well organized; we left on time and got there really early. I take my kids every year and we even had time to go snow tubing.
