Our tour guide Kiko was polite and accomodating for the entire 2 day/1 night trip! The Corning glass museum was a standout, wish we could spend more time there as the name doesn’t sound like much but it was fascinating and had incredible glass making and destroying demos from glass specialists. The other highlight was the Cave of the winds, which has a remarkable view from both below and above the falls. Niagara Falls is worth the long journey, especially with this company. We enjoyed the comfortable coach bus and slept a lot during the journey as it is warm and spacious. The maid of the mist is not available during the time we went (December 2023) possibly due to the rain and winter season. Constructive Feedback is similar to past participants of the tour - the night tour and in depth walking tours of the Niagara Falls is really just optional and open to all. Lunch buffet and dinner buffet is at the same chinese all you can eat place so isn’t the highest quality but you won’t go hungry.
Overall an enjoyable tour and great to take a back seat and enjoy the sights of Niagara!
The tour was good. It was very well-managed. The only thing which was bad with this tour was the tour guide Yoyo Lin. She was knowledgeable but she was rude and unpleasant. She will force you to buy all the optional activities and if you don't, she will talk rudely. You don't need to pay for the $35 Niagara Falls Night Tour and the in-depth tour. It's free and you can walk right there by yourself. Don't pay for it. The tour also charges $12 per day per guest as a service charge which didn't make any sense as tax and other charges were already included in the package. Overall good tour but unnecessary charges and a bad tour guide.
Me and my wife from India were on visit to NY and after wide surfing on net I had booked two day tour to Niagara Falls from Take Tours. I must say my selection was perfect as tour was very well organized with comfortable itenrary to various places of interest. Final visit to Niagara falls was most exciting and enjoyable.

2-day tour to Niagara Falls was a wonderful experience, our tour guide Catherine was very kinda and informative. We made stops at the glass museum, and Watkins state park on the way to Niagara Falls from NYC. Both were very fun and beautiful. We than saw the sunning sites of the falls at night before returning the next day for the maid of the mist and seeing other amazing parts of the Niagara River. Overall, Catherine and the tour was well worth it and a good time, especially for couples and families.
