My husband and I just did two days, one night scenic hotel- Niagara Fall. Our tour person was named Faye Yang, she was patient and accommodating to reasonable requests. She was professional, friendly, and provided clear tour details in Mandarin and English. She tried her best to make it fun and memorable for all of us.
To my surprise, the bus was mostly non-Asians. I feel some should read the fine prints before taking this trip or at least listen on the bus- as this is a group tour not a "private" tour.
Nevertheless, we still had a wonderful time and enjoyed the trip this long journey of driving. I would recommend to anyone to book if you don't mind the company plan out the itinerary for you. That is the point of group tour.
